This detached single-family home project is designed around a functional program that prioritizes comfort, energy efficiency, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is through the right-side porch, leading directly into the central living area, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are integrated into an open, bright space that serves as the heart of the home. This space also provides access to the staircase leading to the upper floor, a ground-floor bedroom, a full bathroom, and direct interior access to the garage.
