Drafting and execution of all types of architectural projects. Housing sector, traditional and prefabricated with PASSIVHAUS, bioclimatic, sustainable and ecological criteria or standards.
Highly energy-efficient housing to maintain a constant and pleasant temperature with little heating and cooling demand. This is achieved with 5 basic principles: thermal insulation with no thermal bridges, high performance windows and doors, mechanical ventilation with double flow heat recovery, and airtightness of the envelope.
