On the outside, façades with large openings, cubic shapes, creating a play of volumes that combine the white finish of the façades with the grey of the exposed concrete of the overhangs, with a porcelain grey cladding, which on the ground floor enters the kitchen and living room, and silver grey aluminium carpentry; with parts finished in wood, which unify the openings and make up the closing shutters.

Two dwellings are planned with a very clear and appropriate programme for the area and the moment.

Everest 17: it has a ground floor and a first floor, on the ground floor a garage for two cars, living room, kitchen, laundry, two rooms and a bathroom; on the first floor, from the interior staircase a study, four rooms one two bathrooms more.

Everest 21: this has four floors, basement, ground, first and second. Basement floor, used as garage, storage rooms and service area, with a bedroom and bathroom; ground floor, kitchen-dining room, laundry room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an office; first floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a studio on the ground floor.
