In reality it was a building used as a residence, but the project proposes a complete renovation as a single-family home.
The plot has access from two streets at different heights, a main one from Can Caralleu street, and a second one from the Ronda, at the back and at a lower level, so that one floor is at ground floor level at the level of Caralleu street and the other at the level of the Ronda.
In this sense, the main entrance is proposed at the level of the Ronda, on one side of the house, although there is also a second access from the bedroom area.
From the entrance hall, this floor contemplates much more open-plan day areas with strong visual communication, transparencies, light… such as the kitchen, the living room, an office/study/library and a bathroom, although it also has an area for service spaces, such as a laundry room, bedroom, machine room or installations and service bathroom. This floor communicates with the upper floor, with two double spaces, one from the entrance hall where the interior staircase is located and a second one in the living area. Both communicate with the study; it also has three bedrooms with three bathrooms.
Externally, a façade with large openings is proposed, combining a skirting board, finished with a light dark grey wool striping, framed with San Vicenç, which follows the topographical levels of the plot and the needs of closures and aesthetics of the project. All this on the white base of the façade, occasionally modified at the entrance points and on the balcony porch, where wooden finishes are incorporated.
