The plot to be built on is relatively rectangular in shape, with a surface area of 434.34m² (approx. 18m frontage x 24m depth), it has a steep slope, from street level (246.50m) it has a slope of approximately -6m, in two terraces of -3m each.
The building adapts to the slope and the terraces of the plot, so that the functional programme is arranged on three levels, the ground floor, situated slightly above street level (elevation 247.50m), where the garage is located and an interior access staircase on floor -1, which is also accessed from the outside of the plot via the ramp and where most of the housing programme is located. And the lower floor, level -2, which communicates with level -1, through a double space. It also has a porch and terrace on the lower part of the plot.
It is a mixed construction, combining the traditional construction of reinforced concrete in the walls and benches that require it, with a lightweight construction and high energy efficiency of the rest of the house, combining CLT panels (laminated wood) ceilings and some walls, which is used to leave them exposed wood, with light framing to facades and roof, following the criteria and bioclimatic and constructive standards PASSIVHAUS.
